If you have AmigaForever, one of the easiest ways to transfer files is, I believe, included.
AmigaExplorer gives you a drag/drop - pointy/clicky way to transfer files using a NULL modem (serial) cable or Parallel xfer cable. (Or I think I heard network also?? But I assume your Amiga isn't networked..)
Unfortunately, I haven't used Amiga Explorer...
If you don't have a parallel or serial port on your PC, don't worry.
A USB - serial adapter is usually like $10 or so on e-bait...
It's slowish, but it works fine.
(I don't use AmigaExplorer, but I use some other serial/null software to transfer files.)
AmigaForever has a good page on their site about cables you can use with the AmigaExplorer software..
