I don't understand the motives behind distributing such a misinformed e-mail. Especially since it seems to suggest rohypnol is a rare, potential threat when it's been in heavy use since the late nineties, IIRC.

You don't have to have sexual intercourse to abuse someone sexually. Also, various drugs can be used to lower the inhibitions of the person in question. That's still rape.

I know I've had an erection when I didn't really want one! Also other "statutory rape" charges might apply if the male is young or the female is in a position of trust, etc.
