A4000D front bezel...painted over?

hi uhmmm, not to disagree and look like a total idiot but what is wrong with this guy??? the pic of the front bezel doesnt look that high quality so how can anyone tell if it is painted or not?  has anyone asked him if it is painted? he is selling a picassoIV for a ton of money but he might not know what it has on it just that it works and he has the driver disk for it. i really dont see anything wrong right off. if you check his feedback (admittedly what little you can see of it) he has 3 negatives over a year ago and almost 550 total. that really isnt to bad i havent seen many much better than that.

ok so not a nice guy, but what do you expect from the frozen north they get crabby up there you know.  :-D
kidding im just kidding a have quite a few canadian friends and we soot zingers back and forth all the time. i bought an 1200 from a guy in canada no probs
looking at his present auctions and feedback i dont see too much cause for alarm
maybe ill ask him if it is painted, he will probably make questions private though.
