I can safely say that BR is not very happy about Jens' products and support.

He's one of the most honest persons i have ever met.
In my eyes you're just trolling, and not helping the Amiga community either by trying to smudge the reputation of one of the few Amiga customers still out there.

See how that works? With what little of a community is out there the last remaining companies have to ensure their customer support is top notch. All it takes is one screw up to lose trust of what little is out there.
