Wow Im shocked to here some of thought this was difficult. Just need either a reworker station and some solder paste, steady hand and plenty of staring at the board with a magnifying glass
However I am quite happy popping atmel's and tsop flash chips for 10 a penny motherboards, but ppc....u get one shot and if you cook the chip back to low or no speed.
Anyone try it with a infrared Heat station, there the in thing for BGA chips ?
