Ok. I looked at Amiga Maniacs website.. I am interested in the ATX adaptor since I will be running an 040 board in my A1200 and maybe a subway or other clockport adaptor in the future. How would I power on the A1200? Do I need a power supply with a switch on the back, or do I need to wire one up to the cable somehow? I'm new to that.. so any info on setting that up would be appreciated!

I have Amigamaniac's ATX adapter as well as his new 3.0 Svideo adapter.

The adapter comes with a jumper. I happened to have 400watt fan-less PSU and it has a switch so I just use that. I just leave the jumper connected. I was thinking of going with Pico-PSU.

It seems like the svideo adapter was the straw that broke the camels back as far as my EURO 220v stock PSU with 45watt Step-up converter. Before that I was doing ok with 1200/030/40/64MB/8GB SSD/Subway/4xIDE->SATA. Its a good thing I ordered both.

I was thinking of contacting him to see if he would be willing to make a longer ATX cable.
