good Joystick recommendation?

I started playing a few games on my A1200 recently.  I used a quickshot joystick.  Compared to my WinUAE set up that uses a Playstation-copy controller, the quickshot was crap.  In fact most amiga games become much more playable and fun under emulaion because the analogue controller is so much more accurate and responsive.  Can anyone recommend a good controller for the amiga?

Oh I HAVE got one of these but without the stickers on top.  I remember getting it when i bought an old A500 years ago.  Its gotta be here somewhere.  I'll give it a go.  Thanks mate.
