Yeah, I had the same experience several months ago.
It may take a while, but they *will* get back to you and resolve things. Chances are they didn't have what you ordered. (Many things listed on their website are long gone.)
It can be unnerving... in the future, just remember it's a hobby business for them, and email
before to make sure they actually have it.
My situation ended fine, it just took time and a few emails to clarify everything. Joe is a real nice guy, just a bit slow with the Amiga things sometimes. They're honest folks though IMHO.
