Pretty sure I have. I can see the amiga on my router at least, mbut that's about as much "success" as I seem to be having.
How can you see the Amiga on router? I don't know the way it would just "show up" somehow when not using DHCP...
Have you tried to hotswap the network card if it's the A1200 reset bug? Or have you installed reset bug fixes?
If it's working hardware wise, basically you just need to set unique IP address in the range for it and same netmask as your system uses and correct gateway address (router's) and nameserver address if/when you want to access net with name addresses (your router might act as dns proxy too). Then check pinging router from Amiga and Amiga from PC for example.
You could also test the system with
NetworkBootDisk. It contains reset fixes and should be easier to set up than full TCP/IP stack. If you get it working with it, then you probably can guess what's wrong in your setup.
