fps games 8ms is quite nice though the better framerate the more dizzy you will get.
for Superfrog , 2ms or else forget about it unless you want to watch something very awfull (like on 20ms its like a 4by4pixel slideshow which makes you feel several feet up in the sky and then falling down 8feet ;-) ..
my 2 cents anyway.
