Item ordered at Dec-03-2003 . . .order confirmed and then NOTHING. Quite 10 mails without answer . . . .a very professional behaviour.
With Vesalia I would really recommend you run your e-mail through a translator in to German and send that, I think it just takes a long time for them to reply to English e-mails.
I know when someone else did that they got an answer quickly.
