If your Amiga 2000 has the Full ECS (Denise and Paula) and at least Amiga DOS 2.04 or above, you can output to any monitor that accepts VGA signals using the cheap Amiga adapter and the Productivity Mode with Multiscan monitor in Devs.
That was what I used until I got my Commodore Flicker Fixer card.
Disadvantage is this only works with Workbench friendly programs.
Since the A2000 doesn't boot up by default in Productivity mode, I used the composite output on the Amiga to set it up. Then switched to the RGB port.
Hello!
I would like to hook up my Amiga 2000 with my 21 inch flat screen monitor only. My monitor has only got VGA and DVI connectors. But I'm not sure if there are any (inexpensive) adaptors available out there. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?
