 No, the MACH chips (as PIC, GAL and equivalents) are [color=ff0000]read-protected(!)[/color]. You can burn your (or someone else's)  code (if the protection bit/fuse is not set), but not read it after the process.[/b]

 So, no, you can't dump it.
