YES! I love physical media for collection purposes.
But take a look at this:

This plugs into the USB of a Windows machine, extracts the ROM and assign the ROM file to an emulator.
So, you're "using" your physical media without the feeling of "the real thing".
-> Your collectible physical media gets even more "used" without the real benefit of it.



This is a MEDIA where you insert TONS of ROMS on it and you can plug it on real hardware.
No use of real collectible media and you get the "real experience".

Guess which one is more popular?

At the end of the day, you're asking 700k EURO to create a PC that automatically dumps physical media and associate it with an emulator...
