OS 3.9 and Winuae

Can i connect a Hd to my Windowze pc running Winua...Install os 3.9 on that disk in Winuae, then put it back to my Amiga and then boot OS 3.9?

Doing this in lack og a diskdrive. I cant boot the install cd
