No, in general its mainly the CPU that generates the most heat, but GFX cards and HD`s under load can also generate a high quantity of heat.

4 fans is a little OTT for the A1 in my opinion, but its your comp so YOU have in it what you want, I`m sure if I open my window I`ll probably hear the whirr from here! ;-)

I have my PC in my bedroom, the wife hates it when I leave it on doing something at night, hopefully I`ll be able to banish this PC to the living room instead and use the A1 in all its quiet(er) glory in its place.

Whats wrong with perspex holes anyway, some peeps (ME!) like to mod our cases a bit and make them a bit more individual, far better than plain jane vanilla beige! :-)
