Founded by H. Ross Perot, the one-time "spoiler" US presidential candidate famous for maladroit language abilities - not unlike the current White House occupant; the difference being that Ross Perot is actually intelligent. btw, "H. Ross Perot" is an anagram for "Short Poser".
