Boogiegail strikes again!!!

Well, I'm not going to post my whole story yet but I told Boogiegail in a message last night that if I did not get resolution immediately that I was going to file a complaint, leave negative feedback, and let the Amiga community know about it.  I've had good luck with that person in the past but currently $435 of my money is tied up with that person.    :madashell:

Well, I just opened a claim on PayPal so I hope I get my money back soon.  It's really a shame as I wanted another A4000D and this one seemed in great shape and had a CD-Writer which I did not have for my Amigas yet.  It was this auction.

And yes, I guess I'll have to leave negative feedback although I really hate to do so.  I like to try and give a person every chance I can.

Well, I've escalated my issue to a claim with PayPal since I've still yet to hear from her.  I'm hoping to get my money back soon.

Well, I've still not heard on my claim but I've noticed she has listed several new Amiga items on Ebay.  I've asked for responses from her now through PayPal and Ebay.  Really tired of this.

Another update on my auction dealings with Boogiegail.  This morning I've had to file a report with Ebay as I've still not heard anything from her via e-mail, ebay messaging, or PayPal (which I have an open claim on now).  

In my opinion this person is a leech on the Amiga community and should be avoided at all costs!

If you choose to deal with you it is at your own risk.  Just read some of the comments in her feedback and that should tell you.

Final update on this for me.  She refunded my complete auction price today.

Wow, that's amazing!  I'm so glad I got my money back!  I am really shocked at this!
