Although I've always priced my transactions fairly, I'd never let anyone tell me where and for how much I can sell something I own.
I'd bet the "spirit" of the rule at amibay was to prevent someone from constantly buying up items to resell, and NOT to punish the average user that happens to sell a single item on ebay after a change of heart.
Ebay is easier and only slightly more expensive.
