Sorry if I've missed the point, but if you are talking about the Shadow of the beast intro music, the sound tracker mods are available

shadow of the beast 1 wasnt soundtracker. sotb2 used soundtracker - music was from tim wright in that one.

you might find someone who has "remade" the sotb music in soundtracker, but the original was done by dw.

you can download as mp3/ogg from http://www.modland.com web interface (which you could use to import into some tool to analyse the note data etc as piru mentioned)
