you can get those adaptors in every amiga related shop. imho the best solution to your problem would be a gfx card.  :-o

if it´s a stock a4000, i´d prefer a cybervision. if you can use pci take a voodoo3. if you´ve got a ppc board, take the ppc gfx card.
