Do you have a harddrive connected to it which you're booting from?
If so, do you have mui installed?
If that's the case then 'miami' for the commection and 'Yam' for the email.
If you don't have a harddrive and have to boot with floppies I bet someone else can give you better hints than me. It's been so long since I ran an amiga without a harddrive so I've more or less forgotten how to!
