This card needs Super Buster 11 when operating with DMA cards but obviously it isn't your issue here.
Hardware wise, i would look closely to every solder joints because this card can bend a bit in the computer and there might be microcracks somewhere.
If you can, check the card in another computer, and in another zorro slot.
Software wise, you could also try the latest P96 as something new in your current setup might conflict with the old Picasso96 from Aminet.
