I think that there was none made official for the 500 because the Amiga computers could use any modem made for computers using serial port. The Amiga used a standard serial port unlike other computers that used custom ports, i.e the Atari, C64, etc.. so there was no need in making an official modem for it.

Looks good that Ami modem!!. These designs just amaze me.
