Is there any Italian that could translate it in modern Italian? It should be something like this.... (non ho capito un tubo :P)

Chi e` colei che viene e che ogni uomo la guarda (mirar is used in Spanish as see but in italian now has some other sense),. che fa tremare di "chiaritate" (?!?) "l`are" (?!? aria?) si che parlare nell`uomo "puote" (puo` ?) ma ciascuno sospira?

Indeed even I that I`m studing in Italy had a little problem to translate it but stilI I can`t get any sense out of it. (I`m not too good in Poetry :P)
