I have the Impact Series II A500-HD+ up for sale.
Comes with 120MB HD (WB 2.1 is installed I think + some appz and games) and 4MB ram. Linky
I modified it so you don't need a external power supply.
£30 +P&P

It's quite easy. A steady hand,soldering iron and a bit of solder is all you need.
