Try disabling the onboard scsi of the Micronik z3i board - there is a jumper (iirc it is with the scsi ID jumpers) for this purpose.

IIRC the scsi of the Micronik z3i has compatibility problems withe one of the Cyberstorm cards (mk2 or mk3) - it may be that this also affects the operation of other scsi buses also. When I had one of these busboards, I found that the onboard scsi wouldn't work at all with a Blizzard PPC card attached.
