My favourite is the A1XE G4. Fastest Amiga ever built, no more stacks of hardware plugged one into another, and shipped with the best release of AmigaOS ever made. Better expandability than the Micros and with the CPU on a card unlike the SEs.

Worst Amiga? Hmm, I guess it would be the A500+.

AmigaOne XE - AmigaOS 4.1 - Freescale 7457 1GHz - 1GB ram

At the risk of starting a flame war, that's not an amiga in the strict sense any more than the Pegasos 2 is, nor any more than an Amithlon box, for that matter. All three run OS-friendly classic 68K software and all three can make use of machine native code for various time consuming OS calls.

Which is the fastest then?

You're right, this depends on what anyone considers as Amiga in the strict sense.
