I'd try your garden variety Belkin switch.  I've used them with great success on Amiga/Mac/PC combinations that use the same monitor.

One caveat - My friend has gone through a couple of them, but in his case he also uses the keyboard/mouse feature (lets you use one keyboard/mouse with all the computers).  I usually don't use that feature because Amiga keyboards (with one exception, the A4000 I think) don't use PS/2 connectors nor are their mice connected that way in >90% of cases either.

So he's gone through two Belkin switches whereas I have two being used for several years with no problems, but I don't use that feature.  Just an FYI.

You can sometimes get good closeout deals on them at the Belkin site, otherwise there should be many on eBay or similar sites.....
