If it comes with Kickstart/Workbench 2.x or 3.x, and perhaps a hard drive and some extra memory, go for it!
Otherwise, if it's a standard 1.3-based Amiga with maybe a half meg upgrade and a single floppy drive, you probably won't want to do much with it other than play old games.
In any case, I'd have said $20 was a good enough deal, especially as you won't have to worry about postage or eBay...
