Sounds like you got your A500 within weeks of me getting mine... However, the shop I bought mine had them with the "new" 1.3 ROM (but only the standard half a meg) for £499, so I didn't need to trade in any of my Spectrums! :-)
The music you're after
might be "Cream Of The Earth" - it was used in the Cebit '90 demo. Both the
original .mod file and
a remixed version are available.
