Hi,

     Red screens usually mean there is a ROM problem.  Is there some sort of ROM-mapping feature enabled?  I don't know anything about this unit, but see if there is a jumper or something like that.  As well, is there an option to disable the card by holding down a key/button while it boots?  If so and it still gives you a red screen then I think there are larger issues.  Give it a shot.
