I have 2 old Amiga 1000 computers that I've been slowly trying to tweek. For one of them I bought a Dataflyer 1000 RAM expansion sometime back in the early 1990s and then added a HD controller, and 8 MB of RAM about 4 years ago. I left my other 1000 as it was for some time, but I've recently run accross another Dataflyer 1000, but this time it has no RAM expansion, only the controller and HD. Does anyone know if the Dataflyer 1000 RAM expansion is identical to or compatible with the
Dataflyer 500 RAM expansion? Both use a type of "piggyback" system to interface with the HD controller. Does anyone know where I may be able to find one of these RAM expansion cards new or used?
