Octamed SoundStudio is still under development (Open Source and slow of course) for the Amiga as well.
Check out Yahoo groups for their Email list on there.

Also, you can download the latest version of MED Soundstudio at:

There's also a full manual available in PDF format on that site.
It's freeware.
I like it a lot for the wide variety of sound formats it supports and the quality of audio you can get from it.
