I just received my 26" Maxent monitor/TV from her, a bit later than I would have liked, but not enough to go yelling and screaming down the corridors.  I have never had any trouble with this seller, but it seems that more than a few have.  She is probably abandoning her account to start a new one that will not have all those negative feedback remarks.

Some people do consider "a bit later than I would have liked" something to scream and yell about, because it's a binding contract that they enter when they decide to buy something and give a merchant their money.

Then again other people don't ...

Oh well, let's see how quickly she gets spotted again in her new identity...

I would absolutely agree with you IF you had an agreement from the seller to immediately ship the item on the same day or the day after the payment was made or received.  I never asked for such an agreement and did not see it offered.  I don't feel it necessary to defend BoogieGail's lack of response and slow shipping practices, they are very unprofessional and troublesome and would not be tolerated from any retail outlet (but hey, this is eBay afterall, so buyer beware).  If I had not had previous positive dealings with her, I may have been just as anxious about my purchases that were late in arriving.  Then of course there is the "Old Fart Factor" which automatically grants a person double patience points to deal with lifes little tragedies.
