That cable should have accompanied the genlock. Does the seller have it still?

Otherwise I think you have only two options:

1) Buy two of these cables and make the cable from those.

2) Buy a cheap genlock that does come with that cable. For example some time ago I saw a Lola 2000 genlock go for less than £10. I am still kicking myself for not getting it even as spares.

I just don't think that is the sort of cable that people will sell or make on its own.

Aaaahh, the Hama has a female connector?
I didn't think about that.

Edit: no, you won't have to modify a 25-pin connector, because the cable I linked to is already 23 pin. The problem will be if you need male on one side and female on the other.

Can you confirm whether your hama has a male or female 23-pin socket?

Sorry mate I don't know.
If I was in your position I would try to get a pin for pin match though.

I don't know how you can get a male 23-pin plug.

I just thought: maybe a broken external disk drive that you can take the male connector off?
