Who, Jefferson MacBetamax? Surely you jest, Vinnie. He has the same birth year as MacDonalds, Betamax recorders and the Jeffersons. I would say he has at LEAST 3 years on you.
But he is not older than me.

@ Cyberus

Sometimes I feel that old. Especially when you consider the total turkeys I have to work with. But I only have one or two (or three) years on Karlos

"...I wonder how many members fall into our age group?..."
------------------------------------------------------

Actually that is a great idea for a poll. I would guess the age bands would go like this (in descending order):

20s
30s
teens
40s
50s and up

I think the worst one was the big 30. Man not being at his peak anymore and all that. 40 will be a b1tch psychologically but I can't see any problems after that.
Oh well, here's to the thirties  :pint:

"...Your'e only as old as you feel..."

or as the woman you feel  :-P

Ja, I realised a few months back that I needed to adjust my habits to my current metabolism and job. So I am attacking the squash court with vigour. This week I played squash every day after work. The preceding Sunday I played three sessions in a row and on Thursday I did a double session. I feel alright. I am getting back my speed, agility and power. I may weigh close to 90kg but I can shift. Just yesterday the dude from histology asked me if I was on something because I pulled off some nifty dashes. Well, I've cut out quite a bit of rubbish from my diet and the exercise definitely helps.
I'll be damned if I give up chocolate though...
