Hasn't he also labelled the picture wrong? The mobo label and the ATX label should be swapped.

Does that mean that a 4000D has a different mobo connector from a 4000T?

Because there's no way the part he calls the mobo connector can connect to my mobo, but the part he calls the ATX connector, can.
