When you say tried a monitor file? Are you talking about Picasso96 (P96)?
Which version of P96 are you using?
Which Buster revision do you have?
The Daughterboard is a Rev B original?

Which Kickstart and AmigaOS versions are you using?
Have you tried cleaning the card edge connector?
The only issue must be the card itself. Anything on the card such as capacitors that may also need replacing?
