Do not try to solder these bcuz you will most likely lift the pcb tracks. Best is to glue the LEDS so they no longer flex on the small pcb then paint new track contacts with some silver conductive paint. Rear windshield demister silver paint works well for this, get from the local auto repair place. Usually sold as cheap repair kit for cars.

Make sure you test fit the case for the LEDS before you glue. The slots have fine tolerences to fit properly.

The LEDS usually get broken when people mismantle the A3000D's top lid and flex/crack/break the LEDS on the small PCB.
