Hi, sorry to hear of the download issue.

I just tried updating my personal A600GS and it downloaded the latest public update without problems.

Please keep trying.  It maybe that your connection is dropping for some reason.  Maybe even try pairing with your mobile phone or another wifi network ?

We probably need to give you an image to reflash the SD card with WinImage or similar.

Please email Support@amigakit.com and we can send you a temporary email

You should be getting an email from Amisphere.com when you click forget email button inside the A600GS.  Check your Gmail Spam filter.
