Program called Secure Data V1.0
« on: June 16, 2004, 08:48:31 PM »
Hope you lovely people can help me again  :-D

I bought an A1200 about 6 months ago second hand, all was working fine untill now. When you boot the Amiga up workbench normally loads from the HDD, however before WB kicks in a program called Secure Data runs. This was not a problem I used to type my password in and WB would load.

Now this program will not accept the password and when I launch WB from the floppies I am unable to access 1 of the partitions of the HDD.

Does anyone out there know of this program and if so how do I get round this???

If you need any more info please ask and I shall try and do my best to give you all you need to know.

Thanks in advance

POO  :-(  I dont have the documentation as the machine was second hand. The password is on a peice of paper stuck on the front of the machine (really safe)

The Auther is D.J.Baddeley if anyone has ever come accross this name before????

Last;y I have tried to look for the config file but I would have no idea how to edit it if I found it.

Any other ideas????
