I am not familiar with this specific card. In general though, an '030 card will make a very noticeable difference in performance.
I still use one A1200 with an old DKB 68030, 33MHz (Cobra, I think) with 64Mb of RAM. My system has been working with no problems for over ten years now.....
If you have never added an accelerator to a 1200, be careful of the fit near the socket, where the motherboard's shielding bends down. You may have to bend the shield up a little, so it can't short the traces on the card. Just give it a trial fit, and check that area very carefully.
To be honest, the '030 is an excellent choice, specially if you want to run older software/games.
