Hehe. I don`t think I`d trust even Hyperion for the programming of a new avionic package for a new fighter. :-) Though rendering an animation in Realsoft3D at Mach2 sounds fun :-D

Hehe yep. Maybe while your on patrol you could play Cannon Fodder 2. Or maybe even play B17. A bit of practice to keep you on edge. :-)

(B17 runs best on 020,8mb RAM board without CPU + HD)

Also if it were Pentium etc, it would have to have the CPU mounted in a huge underbelly pod. Both to save space and so it doesn`t cook the planes engines.

I seem to remember my Uncle saying he was in the team who wrote the manuals for some of the software for it. Though thats probably out of date now.

Stupid NDAs! I quite like the Eurofighter. I have an airfix kit of it on my TV. Does that make me close enough to BAE to get inside information?
