Having the same problem, bit frustrating as its a Sunday so not sure when this will be looked at  :'(

Yeah they sorted it for me yesterday (thanks for that!) and just been spending a bit of time messing around with the system and a load of games. Been great so far, only problem was my desk is a mess of cables so gone out to buy a USB hub/wireless keyboard this morning to help clean things up a bit.
