on my winuae amikit, amigasys or amigaos 3.1, netsurf don't surf..it seems offline forever

bsdsocket is alwasy on, but i didn't know of usergroup.library.
i'll copy this library :)

ok, i found the library and now it works greatly.
with a scrollbar will be very great
