Try nero burning room. Works fine with most cue/bin files. You do sometimes have to edit the cue file in notepad to set the path to the .bin file, but that takes only 5 seconds.
Edit: nm.. seems like you have already tested it..
But anyways.. there should be more burning programs that supports it. One thing you could also try is to mount the cue/bin image to a virtual disk using daemon tools and then just copy from the virtual drive to the burner in nero.
