Well, according to their newly revamped website, it says they have entered into some sort of deal with the city of Kent, Washington to name some sports arena the 'Amiga Center' and it seems to me like the good city of Kent needs to know what kind of people they're giving millions of dollars to. I think my attorney needs, first thing in the morning, to check this out and find out why they haven't paid me yet.

Is it not Amiga INC that is paying them and not vice versa?
The only thing i know about fleecy is that Bill McEwen stated that he was still working for Amiga INC during the 20 questions a few months back.

It is indeed sad that they go into such deals when they apparently have not even paid what people were owed.

Amiga were also offered Amithlon before anyone else. I was the first to run it. It ROCKED HARD. I begged them to use it, we had a WINNER and could sell a bajillion of them. We owned all the rights to it! But sadly, Bill and Fleecy didn't want people confusing Amiga OS as we knew it with the new Digital Environment that Fleecy envisioned, so we didn't use it.

I have a feeling that this part is one of the reasons why no one is getting a license. They dont want AmigaOS4 being confused with AmigaAnywhere which they have also named AmigaOS in some of their press releases.

I don't think that Kent center is a big deal. Isn't Bill McEven a local of the area ? Probably he got some contacts and maybe some 'cracknut' amiga fans helped him get the deal. I don't think he spent big bucks for it, it feels like they're trying to put a 'we're a big company' image.

If you read the news article, then you would know what they paid.. Basically Amiga INC offered to pay $300000 a year for the naming rights. So basically a million for 3 years then..
