I went to the junk-yard yesterday here in Oslo. And in the Computer disposal area i noticed a C128D. I was unable to snag the computer with me since "stealing" trash is not legal, and my girlfriend was in the car 
I might not be 100% legal, but you should have really picked it up anyways. I live in Norway as well and have often picked up such stuff without getting into problems.
Me and some friend of mine got actually stopped by the police while we were looking at trash recyling dropoff behind a recycling centre.. The police wondered what we were doing, and i told the truth that we were just looking to see if someone had thrown out some interesting trash and they let us go and actually seemed interested to hear that one can find some useful stuff there.
