Depending on what I hear from vesalia.de, as there might be warranty to cover this as this was a recent purchase... If not, I'll definitely look into this. The capacitors you are talking about, are these normal ones or are they surface mount? I hate surface mount ones...

Hi AmigaNow, Most of the Amigas 1200 and 4000 had surface mount components. Too bad, the same thing happened with my A4000D.
That's why I bought a Buddah IDE.

Sorry, almost forgot to mention the A600 is also has an SMC.
